Hello, I'm Robert Bartlett, known to friends and clients as Jay, and I'm passionate about crafting exceptional homes that fulfill dreams and exceed expectations. With over 22 years of experience in the home construction industry, I've cultivated a reputation for delivering superior quality and personalized service in every project I undertake.

I was born and raised in Spring, TX, where I developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and community. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree, I embarked on a journey into the construction business, and from that moment on, I never looked back. My roots in Spring, coupled with my education from Texas A&M, instilled in me a strong work ethic and a passion for creating homes that stand the test of time. This combination of education and upbringing laid the foundation for my career in home building, where I've had the privilege of turning dreams into reality for countless families.

My expertise lies in transforming visions into reality, creating custom homes that blend timeless elegance with modern functionality. From conceptualization to completion, I prioritize innovation, attention to detail, and client collaboration to ensure each home is a true reflection of its owner's aspirations.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of constructing over 700 homes, each one a testament to my dedication to excellence and craftsmanship. Along the way, I've been honored with numerous awards in the field of construction, including the prestigious "CM of the Year" award.
